These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through YESCOLLECT.SHOP.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

3. Order Confirmation

Orders become binding when confirmed by YESCOLLECT via email.

 

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product information, pricing, and stock levels. In case of errors, price changes, or out-of-stock items, we will contact you promptly.

All items sold on yescollect.shop are pre-owned and may show signs of age and wear; customers are responsible for reviewing all photos carefully to assess condition, as all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

 

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in DKK and include VAT.

  • Shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery method.

  • Payment options include:
    • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Dankort etc.)
    • MobilePay

Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

 

6. Delivery

Delivery time: typically 3–5 business days in DK, and 5-10 business days in EU, after order confirmation.
Shipping methods: GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring, etc.

Shipping costs:

Shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
Customs duties or taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing or Damaged Items:
Please check your items upon receipt.
Report missing or damaged items within 24 hours.

 

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the specified address.
Ownership remains with YESCOLLECTSHOP until full payment has been received.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

Please choose carefully, as we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind decisions.

 

9. Complaints

You have a 2-year warranty under Danish law for defects or faults.
Complaints must be made promptly after the defect is discovered.

 

11. Personal Data / Privacy

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data is used for order processing and customer service.

Privacy / GDPR:
